- Place in the drop box located at 922 Garland Avenue (Texarkana tenants only) (no cash)
- Mail to 922 Garland Ave Texarkana AR 71854, must be postmarked by the 6th of the month
- Submit electronically using the RENT REDI app (free service if using ACH)
